    Job Description

    HCC Technology is looking for a positive and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Yucaipa California.

    In this role, you’ll be our clients' first point of contact, responsible for delivering a "Best in Class" customer support experience.

CSR will be required to meet with clients both virtually and physically and is able to work remotely.

    Company Description

    HCC Technology provides support to other businesses managing their Technology. The Customer Service Rep will interface with existing clients to ensure Clients expectations are satisfied. Also, the new CSR will assist with developing new clients and onboarding new clients onto the HCC platform.
