HCI Hospitality is seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and organized intern to join our busy marketing team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• SOCIAL MEDIA: Prepare social media postings and coordinate with team members to create a unified message throughout media channels
• PROMOTIONS: Assist in developing collateral for local media plans—to include digital and print—and collect and track data on all efforts
• GRAPHIC DESIGN: Enhance multiple HCI locations’ presence by designing and managing websites, menus, and signage
• GUEST RELATIONS: Monitor and respond to guest comments and reviews

Qualifications

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Current student pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Hospitality, Graphic Design or a related field with:

• Evidence of experience in one or more of the areas listed above, either from a prior position or an internship
• Exceptional time management skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail
• Passion for customer service
• Direct experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and web design platforms (i.e. Wix, WordPress)
•  A “team first” mentality
• Knowledge of or an interest in photography is a plus

Additional Information

_This is a paid internship with a minimum of 20 hours per week and a maximum of 40 hours per week from 8-5pm on weekdays. Applicants should live in the Manhattan area for the duration of the internship. _
