    Financial/Bookkeeping:

    • Responsible for All Financial Procedures and Records
    • Maintenance of Checking and Credit Card Accounts
    • Maintain ledgers as needed, including journal entries for adjustments to the GL
    • Maintain Chart of Accounts, Trial Balances, P&L and Balance Sheet
    • Maintain Billing, Accounting, & Collections of Sales
    • Make and reconcile Bank Deposits
    • Monthly Bank Reconciliation
    • Generate Monthly Financial Statements
    • Administer Payroll and Personnel Benefits
    • Order Management
      • Receive Customer Orders and Coordinate with Production
    • Accounts Payable Management
      • Enter bills into MAS90 (Accounts Payable)
    • Assist with budget preparation
    • Assist with expense reports and reconciliation
    • Produce sales, production, and financial reports

    Administrative/Customer Service & Support:

    • RMA Management
      • Track Demos, Return-to-Stock, and Advanced Replacements
    • Answer & Route Incoming Phones
    • Receive Daily Mail
    • Order office supplies
    • Keep Office Area Clean & Tidy
    • Perform general clerical duties including Attendance, office equipment and supply management
    • Provide support for company events, lunches, training, etc.
    • Other administrative and accounting duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum ten years accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
    • Knowledge of bookkeeping and general accounting principles
    • Pleasant, courteous, customer-centric demeanor
    • Ability to communicate well with customers (written and oral)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MAS90, CRM, Windows-based operating systems
