Position: HCM/Payroll & Client Representative
 What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing top-tier support via phone and email 
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and system-related issues in our HCM platform (PrismHR) 
- Guide clients through payroll processing, tax filing, and compliance questions 
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions (including new hires, terminations, deductions, garnishments, etc.) 
- Generate and maintain reports for internal and client-facing use 
- Import and manipulate client data with precision 
- Meet company response and resolution timelines 
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues 
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to relationship-building activities
Who You Are:
- A client-focused professional with 3–5 years of payroll experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel 
- A problem-solver with strong communication skills (written and verbal) 
- Detail-driven, deadline-conscious, and capable of managing multiple client expectations 
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and follow-through 
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with report writing tools and general ledger functions 
- Familiarity with 401(k) plan administration 
- Knowledge of PrismHR or similar HCM systems 
- Ability to work flexible hours, if needed
