    We are looking for an HCM Systems Analyst to join our client in Indianapolis. This position requires one day per week in the office on Tuesdays, and for training and meetings as required; therefore, the candidate must reside in the Indianapolis, IN area.

    As an HCM Systems Analyst, you will support leadership in managing and improving a suite of HR applications, including Oracle, UKG Pro, and other HCM systems. You will support the entire HR lifecycle—covering hiring, onboarding, compensation planning, talent management, learning, succession planning, and workforce planning to support HR and organizational strategic initiatives.

    Salary: $75,000 - $100,000

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead strategic initiatives in collaboration with IT and business units for system development, implementation, and enhancements.
    • Act as a strategic business partner, working closely with stakeholders to assess needs, evaluate new applications, enhance existing systems, document requirements, and conduct system testing.
    • Work with the development team to configure, maintain, and upgrade Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other related software.
    • Provide technical support to end users and leadership, ensuring smooth system operations.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, identifying and implementing process improvements.
    • Ensure database integrity, security, and efficiency while optimizing performance.
    • Monitor and address performance bottlenecks to maintain defined service levels.
    • Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive HR data stored in HCM databases.
    • Maintain system security for ERP applications and other HR-related software.
    • Collaborate with application developers and system architects to integrate ERP databases with other business systems.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for database configurations, system processes, and procedures.
    • Train and assist team members in understanding and working with ERP technologies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience from an accredited institution.
    • 5–7 years of experience in with Human Capital Management (HCM) or Workforce Management (WFM) systems.
    • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Strong project management skills, and strong organizational and documentation skills.
    • Experience troubleshooting and resolving system and database performance issues.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and leadership.
