HCM Unlocked Payroll Processing Consultants are responsible for utilizing best-in-class practices to support our clients with operating the world leading HCM software like ADP, Paylocity, & Paycor. In this role you will service as the primary client contact to execute payroll and provide exceptional reporting to our clients.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a laser focused attentiveness to our clients needs. To be successful in this role a candidate will need to be a self-starter who is ready to be empowered to make critical decisions to ensure our clients success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
PAYROLL:
Prepare and process payroll for all employees through ADP, Paylocity, Paycor HRIS systems
Review, prepare and input payroll data
Produce accurate and timely payrolls, for multi-locations (states) based on state and federal regulations and company policies
Process employee benefit deductions
Process employee garnishments
Reconcile federal and state payroll tax deposits and returns
W-2 review and reconciliation, amendments
Accurately track and reconcile Paid Time Off
Coordinate payroll general ledger processing with accounting
Prepare Time and Labor files
Coordinate post processing reporting with multiple departments
REPORTING:
Prepare reporting related to payroll, employee information, performance data, employee exit data and any other related reports.
Ability to customize reports to support c-suite needs
RECORD MAINTENANCE:
Maintains employee data via HRIS database and employee files.
Updates and maintains employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
Performs file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Expert in payroll processing required
5+ years of payroll processing experience preferred
Knowledge of ADP, Paycor, & Paylocity HRIS systems is a huge plus.
Thorough knowledge of MS Office is required.
Strong analytical, communication and written skills.
