The salesperson contributes to promoting the club and the company by promoting the benefits of the year, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets, and ensuring a positive experience for our members.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work to set and achieve sales goal.
Prospecting of potential customers through various methods of collecting leads.
Participation in promotional events of the gym.
Attend training events and meetings as needed.
Seek opportunities to raise customer service levels and increase member retention.
Be well informed of all the products, programs and services offered in the gym.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
1 year of previous sales and customer service experience (preferred).
Experience and/or passion for the fitness industry.
SKILLS
High degree of initiative; Highly motivated and dynamic person.
Flexible hours - may include weekends and/or nights.
Reliable method of transportation.
Excellent customer service and professional communication.
