We are looking for a Customer Services Coordinator to build and maintain strong customer relationship_. This is a part-time position in our Goose Creek office. We work with prestigious academic and professional authors and accordingly expect our team to have solid written and verbal skills._
THE ROLE:
We are looking for Customer Services Coordinator to join our highly motivated team. Working closely with the Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the office. Your primary focus will be to answer telephone calls, e-mails, dealing with any customer queries.
Additionally, you will be required to carry out cashiering duties. Typical duties of this role include managing cash levels and daily reconciliation of the sales and cash on site.
This is a part time position for which it is essential that you are available to work during weekends.
ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for someone with previous experience in using on line systems and Microsoft packages.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides heavy administrative and marketing support to sales team.
- Responsible for preparing branded marketing materials and documentation.
- Coordinates the distribution of internal and external marketing information.
- Ensures consistency of processes, with attention to detail.
- Ideal candidate is tech savvy with advanced Microsoft Suite proficiency, with experience using design software such as InDesign, PhotoShop, and other Adobe Suites.
- Will produce in-house materials such as demographic reports, executive summary brochures and client presentations using advanced desktop, publishing, graphic, and mapping software.
- Organize the preparation and production of customised, client specific information packages in response to Requests for Information and Proposals
- Updates and maintains various information databases.
- Generates standard reports as required and assist with website updates (as needed).
- Provides general administrative support, including formatting, proofreading and editing of all documentation.
- May coordinate schedules and placement with local centralised group.
- Tracks, collates and maintains inventory of marketing materials.
OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED.
- Decisions made with thorough knowledge of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
- Responsible for setting own project deadlines.
- Errors in judgment may cause negative impact to internal and external clients.

Previous relevant experience
Have working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
