    We are looking for an Operations Associate who can help our growing team and client base. This role will provide high-quality support to advisors and clients, and support other important functions within the office. Services provided by this role include assisting with daily client service operations and coordinating account paperwork. This role will also coordinate with advisors to execute client service requests and utilize a variety of software applications to keep everything organized and well recorded. Responsibilities: • Ensure client account paperwork is filled out accurately and submitted before deadlines • Organize materials to assist advisors with client service requests • Carry out ongoing office administration tasks • May serve as the communication liaison between various levels of personnel Qualifications: • 2 to 4 years of related experience; RIA firm experience preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software preferred  • High school diploma required; 2-year college degree preferred
