CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR NURSING DEPARTMENT
Our Home Care Agency is seeking a bilingual CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our Nursing Team. Candidates must have extensive experience working with computers & Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in the Home Care or Health Care Industry is a plus.
REQUIRED SKILLS: High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable speaking with Nurses and Doctors
Ability to multitask
Ability to make snap decisions Effective time-management skills Microsoft Office proficient Must be a "people person" Bilingual
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Heavy call volume regarding patient care
Data Entry for documentation purposes
Generate & Customizing reports
No experience is not required. We will train you!
