HCT seeks an experienced healthcare recruiting professional to serve as Interim HR Recruiter for a 70+ bed hospital in Arizona.

Responsibilities include recruiting a variety of clinical staff for the hospital including medical providers and nurses, working closely with C-Suite on recruiting strategies, and attending recruiting events.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required
• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in a hospital setting
• Certifications: PHR/SPHR or other related certifications preferred

Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare and rental car.
