HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Director of Risk for a 500+ bed hospital in California. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Daily operation of Risk Management and Patient Safety programs and initiatives including staffing, budget, employee engagement and survey readiness.
• Directing significant event management, RCAs, and defining the standards for corrective action plans for improvement.
• Serving as Subject Matter Expert for patient safety and clinical risk management.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; RN required
• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in Risk Management in an acute care setting.
• Licensure: CA RN license required
• Certifications: CPHRM preferred
• Computer Skills: Epic
