HCT seeks an experienced healthcare professional to serve as the Patient Safety & Risk Manager at a 300+ bed hospital in California. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing issues pertaining to Risk, Complaints and Service Requests.
- Assisting with completion of event reviews, RCA’s, accreditation, and performance improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years’ progressive experience as a Patient Safety & Risk Manager within a hospital environment.
- Licensure: CA RN preferred
- Certifications: CPHQ or CPPS preferred
- Computer Skills: Cerner
