HCT seeks an experienced healthcare professional to serve as the Patient Safety & Risk Manager at a 300+ bed hospital in California. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing issues pertaining to Risk, Complaints and Service Requests.
• Assisting with completion of event reviews, RCA’s, accreditation, and performance improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years’ progressive experience as a Patient Safety & Risk Manager within a hospital environment.
• Licensure: CA RN preferred
• Certifications: CPHQ or CPPS preferred
• Computer Skills: Cerner
