  • Responsibilities

    HCT is seeking an Interim Department Manager of Long Term Care for a 300+ bed hospital in California. The responsibilities include:

    • Managing the long term care activities which may include DME, SNF, and eldercare for the facility.
    • Ensuring compliance with Medicare, TJC, and other federal, state, and local requirements.
    • Working with SNF's to ensure the quality of care and utilization, developing and maintaining clinical practice standards, and ensuring consistent implementation of benefits.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
    • Experience: Minimum of three years of leadership experience within a Skilled Nursing Facility is required.
    • License: RN CA license is preferred
    • EMR: Epic

    Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare and rental car.
