HCTec provides Tier I/Help Desk and Tier II Application Support Managed Services to clinicians, patients, admin staff, and students at some of the largest and most respected healthcare providers and universities in the country. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Managed Services' team at our HOHENWALD, TN Service Center in the role of TRAINING ANALYST. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position with benefits.
NOTE: THIS IS NOT A PROJECT-BASED CONTRACT/CONSULTING POSITION.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
In this role, you'll be both providing and improving technical training, onboarding, productivity, and ongoing skill development of employees through the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs and activities for the Managed Services division of HCTec. This position assesses needs across Tier 1 and support staff to prioritize training needs and partner with clients, HCTec Corporate staff, and vendors as required to develop and deliver appropriate content.
