    The BRAND AND EVENT SPECIALIST is responsible for day-to-day oversight of HCTec's corporate image, brand consistency, and event production to ensure high levels of lead generation, positive brand image, and continued evolution of HCTec as an industry leader in the healthcare staffing and managed services landscape.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation. 

    • DIGITAL: Own digital delivery for HCTec Marketing, including all social media tools and routine website updates.
    • CREATIVE: Produce graphics, digital ads, invitations, content design, and social media brand imprint. Coordinate with agency for larger campaigns or projects.
    • CONTENT CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT: Work with marketing and sales leaders, and outside agencies, to create, design and build marketing campaigns to drive sales leads.
    • CONTENT CREATION: Collaborate with internal subject matter experts in delivery and sales to write, edit, and proofread persuasive original content for a variety of B2B marketing channels, including blog, white papers, executive insights, webinars, podcasts, sell sheets, and case studies. Partner with external content writers as needed.
    • CONTENT CALENDAR: Manage the content calendar and proactively uncover new opportunities for content creation and distribution that align with overall business and marketing objectives.
    • EVENT COORDINATION AND LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT: Lead the planning and management of all trade shows and industry events, including show selection/research, in-booth promotions/sponsorships, shipping of materials, tracking of leads, etc. Provide onsite support as needed.
    • COLLATERAL: Order, track and distribute Marketing collateral and swag, including promotional items, branded items for general and targeted use, and holiday/cultural items for clients and internal team members.
    • DATA AND REPORTING: Generate data and reports to evaluate and improve performance of marketing programs. Input records into CRM as needed and partner with Sales Operations on analysis and reporting projects.
    • VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Serve as day-to-day contact for vendors and select publications. Coordinate with Marketing Manager as necessary to ensure high quality and value across vendor portfolio. Research and recommend new vendors as needs require.
    • Assist in administrative duties related to CRM and lead-management tools as required.
    • Manage all marketing collateral and event assets.
    • Assist in other research, corporate communications, and event management duties as assigned.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.

    EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field

    EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years of experience creating and deploying digital and creative content for a multi-site organization; experience with CRM platforms and common social media tools (including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) highly desirable.  

    CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES:

    Valid State Drivers' License

    Statistical Mathematical Skills -- Ability to work with mathematical and algebraic concepts such as probability, statistical inference, and forecasting. Ability to apply and analyze concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

    Moderate Computer Skills – Frequent use of electronic mail, word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain and incorporate simple functions into documents, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations to support business objectives.

    Moderate Communication – Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with others and make presentations to department or middle management.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

    Works in well-lit, ventilated and climate-controlled office environment with routine office equipment; some equipment has moving mechanical parts.

    Noise level in the work environment is typical for an office and/or hospital environment.

    Moderate overnight travel (up to 20%) by land and/or air.
