**Noble Capital Head of Growth - Build & Own The Revenue Engine **

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are building a modern financial services platform serving high-net-worth families across retirement planning, wealth strategy, and alternative investments.
The industry is outdated. Marketing is fragmented. Growth lacks accountability.
This role exists to fix that — permanently.
As Head of Growth , you will design, build, and own the firm’s full growth engine across events, referrals, recapture, CRM systems, and revenue attribution. This is not a brand-only or campaign-only role. It is a P &L-adjacent leadership position with direct impact on bookings, pipeline, and firm-wide scale.
You will work directly with the CEO and executive leadership to turn growth into a measurable, repeatable system.
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
BUILD & OWN THE GROWTH ENGINE
- Design and scale event-driven growth (seminars, private events, experiences)
- Build recapture systems to convert dormant and lost leads into booked meetings
- Engineer a repeatable referral engine tied to client and partner behavior
- Align growth initiatives directly to advisor capacity and firm priorities
OWN REVENUE SYSTEMS & ATTRIBUTION
- Architect CRM workflows and reporting
- Ensure clean tracking from Lead → Booked → Show → Close
- Establish attribution across events, referrals, recapture, and campaigns
- Create real-time visibility for leadership into pipeline and performance
LEAD EXECUTION & PROJECT DELIVERY
- Translate strategy into execution with clear timelines and owners
- Coordinate across advisors, operations, and vendors
- Hold initiatives accountable to performance standards
LEVERAGE AI AS A FORCE MULTIPLIER
- Automate communications and follow-ups
- Improve speed, consistency, and scalability of execution
- Reduce friction in growth workflows using modern tools
BUILD AUTHORITY & MARKET POSITIONING
- Strengthen firm positioning through events, content, and visibility
- Ensure messaging aligns to target client profiles and services
- Grow authority without bloated marketing spend

IDEAL BACKGROUND
- 7–12+ years in growth, marketing, or revenue operations
- Proven experience owning bookings, pipelines, or revenue KPIs
- Deep CRM experience (designing workflows, dashboards, attribution)
- Event-driven business experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable operating inside high-performance, in-office environments
