    ****This is an entry level role between $35.5-$45.5K with room for advancement.

    The Role Mission:

    The mission of Data Entry, Research and Analysis is to serve as the hands on resource to the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensure that the project data is entered correctly, curated, researched and analyzed to meet project requirements. The right person SHOULD LOVE DATA, LOVE CLEAN DATA and be relentless in the pursuit of data and resources as needed. If the data exists you are able to find a needle in a haystack.

    This role is a KEY part of the day-to-day operations. The right candidate should be a self starter with the ability and desire to get things done. This is a minimum 40 hour role ONSITE at the Corporate HQ in Nashville (not remote).

    This role will be a calm in the storm and capable of keeping the team and office operations on track with high quality.

    Below are many of the key ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * enter and curate project data with zeal and glee  
    
    * cleanse and augment data to power the project teams to success  
    
    * proactively evaluate data sets and create work packages for yourself to help projects stay on track
    * be gritty - data is at times dirty and sometimes requires manual entry - quality is job one
    * learn HEOPS processes to Corporate Specifications
    * interface with project teams and project managers  
    
    * train and onboard new hires once you fully understand data requirements
    * participate on an as needed basis as a resource in Corporate or Client Projects to drive revenue
    * be curious, have fun and help us help others.
    

    EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

    EXPERIENCE:

    • 3 or more years experience with data entry, research and or analysis
    • Proven experience meeting individual and team goals
    • Experience in a time-sensitive environment and ability to work well in stressful situations
    • High level user of Excel, Quickbooks, Word and Powerpoint, other Analytics packages a bonus
    • Proven Ability to Creatively Problem Solve
    • Healthcare experience and/or IT a bonus
    • Be the example,proven leadership by your actions
    • Strong time management skills
