Our state-of-the-art technology has contributed to fundamental advancements in computer science. We are looking for a Marketing manager to lead our marketing activities.

    Position Summary

    We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead are marketing activities. A successful candidate is a creative and quantitative thinker responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales. Familiar with various product marketing techniques, like email campaigns and pricing strategies.

    In this role your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our products. This includes tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing materials are in line with our brand identity.

    You have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Ultimately, you help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

    Responsibilities

    • Study company products
    • Follow and analyze market trends to position products
    • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
    • Translate technical details into benefits for the user
    • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
    • Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales, client services) to implement strategies.
    • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
    • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
    • Writes & edits original and compelling storytelling copy for all marketing efforts
    • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
    • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
    • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
    • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
    • Test marketing product features, releases, and ad copy
    • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers.
    • Successfully manage a team of direct reports

    Requirements

    BA in Marketing, Communications, or similar field

    • Experience working in healthcare or healthcare technology industry
    • 5+ years experience working in Marketing
    • Experience working as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, or similar role
    • Background in design and copywriting.
    • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate
    • Experience in market analysis
    • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g., integrated marketing campaigns)
    • Solid knowledge of CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns for best outcomes (e.g., through Google AdWords, other)
    • Experience in Microsoft suite products & design products (Adobe suite)
    • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills, numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
    • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
    • A steward for brand identity and voice
    • Multi-channel, multi-tasking, multi-disciplinary experience across campaign, social, packaging, web, and email
