Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing the company's digital marketing strategy, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising. They will work closely with the marketing team, executives, and other stakeholders to create and implement campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across digital channels. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also monitor and analyze performance data to continually improve the company's digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy in collaboration with the marketing team and other stakeholders
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising
Work with web developers to optimize the company's website for search engines and user experience
Manage email marketing campaigns, including list management, content development, and A/B testing
Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms, including content creation and advertising
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more
Monitor and analyze performance data across all digital channels, including web analytics, email analytics, and social media analytics
Develop and manage relationships with influencers and other key opinion leaders
Develop and present regular reports on digital marketing performance to the executive team
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement programs that drive demand for the company's products and services
Work with external vendors to execute digital marketing initiatives
Manage the budget for digital marketing initiatives
Related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a technology or video production environment
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms
Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp or Hubspot
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their use in marketing
Experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
Regular Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm in our Irvine, California Office
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
