Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Human Resources and Accounting position to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the human resources operates smoothly and efficiently, providing maximum value to the company and all employees. Your responsibilities will include organizing training opportunities, onboarding new employees, administering employee benefits, and creating company HR policies and also conducting the basic accounting related jobs. The ideal candidate is an excellent problem-solver with strong verbal and written communication skills and a committed team player.
Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment and hiring process
Onboard new employees and terminate employees
Conduct training for employees to understanding company policies
Arrange interviews and draft offers for management to review
Invoicing: utilize QuickBooks to issue invoice to customers based on PO received.
AR/AP: Follow up with Account Receivable and Account Payable with customers and vendors.
Working with third party CPA to manage company quarterly financing report; company tax filing and sales tax management.
Administer compensation and benefits
Educate employees on HR-related topics, including leaves and compensation
Collect human resources data and provide summaries and reports to management
Caculate Payroll (with third party assistant ADP or Paycheck)
Managing employee time card
Organize quarterly employees performance review meeting
Explanning management expectations and organize KPIs achievements
Expense filing: manage business expenses including but not limit to office rent, employee reimbursement sheets, business trips related expenses.
Qualifications
Fluent Mandarin and English in both oral and writing
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business management related field
Previous experience as related position
In-depth knowledge of human resources policies and labor laws
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, ADP and Quickbooks
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
