    ADJUNCT INSTRUCTOR

    RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM

    DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, BIOLOGY, AND HEALTH SCIENCES

    SUMMARY: The Department of Agriculture, Biology, and Health Sciences seeks applications from qualified individuals who are interested in part time teaching positions as adjunct faculty in the Associate in Applied Science in Radiologic Technology program.  Applications may or may not result in immediate hiring, but all complete applications will be maintained on file for future needs.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES: We seek radiologic technology professionals who desire to teach courses in the Cameron University Radiologic Technology program.  This is a JRCERT-accredited program that is offered by Cameron University and is taught exclusively by Cameron University faculty.  Teaching assignments occur during regular business hours and are based at Great Plains Technology Center in Lawton, OK.  Teaching responsibilities may involve courses that include lecture, laboratory, or clinical supervision, or some combination thereof, and supervision of clinical courses requires travel to clinical sites, for which reimbursement for documented travel is provided. Adjunct faculty may teach a maximum of nine credit hours during a given semester.

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree and an Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology from a JRCERT-accredited program along with current ARRT certification and one or more years of fulltime employment as a radiologic technologist.

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGY OR A CLOSELY RELATED FIELD, MASTER’S DEGREE, AND AN ASSOCIATE’S DEGREE IN RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGY FROM A JRCERT-ACCREDITED PROGRAM ALONG WITH CURRENT ARRT CERTIFICATION AND TWO OR MORE YEARS OF FULLTIME EMPLOYMENT AS A RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST. PRIOR SUCCESSFUL TEACHING EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED. 

     

    SALARY: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.

    •  Architect innovative solutions to automate and scale business systems.
    • Provides specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions in the FICO & TRM modules of ECC.
    • Understand dependency between FI and CO and other logistics modules.
    • Conducts or participates in user requirements gathering, blueprinting & documentation designs (including functional specifications). Ensure compliance to existing, and development of required data and reporting standards.
    • Assist with responding to user requirements, problem resolution, develop designs, and process modeling.
    • Conduct configuration changes to accommodate change requests and prototype activities.
    • Keep abreast of SAP releases, enhancements/new functionality and perform application research.
    • Demonstrate proof of concept & assist in training activities, perform initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements and new functionality.
    • Partner with internal business teams in developing delivery roadmaps, defining business processes and associated system requirements.
    • Organize and manage project work to drive predictable delivery.
    • Participate in system implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution).
    • Support and upgrade implemented systems.
