The BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE team member will be responsible for assisting customers by providing product and service information as well as resolving technical issues.

DESCRIPTION:

• Increase revenue by identifying target markets, executing outbound calls and visits to prospective customers
• Support marketing operations by compiling, formatting, preparing materials and reporting collected information
• Build customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Perform product demonstration and provide technical customer support
• Work in a team environment to achieve common goals
• Be the face of HGH USA, represent the company at networking events, trade exhibitions, conferences and travel to customer sites as required

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Technology Management, Communications, Marketing or equivalent experience
• Technical aptitude capable of understanding and learning products and applications quickly
• Ability to travel
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess conflict resolution, negotiation, personal effectiveness, creative problem solving, strategic thinking, team building, and influencing skills
• Capable of providing creative solutions to customer concerns/complaints with the ability to handle rejection
