HH Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative for a Shipping and Logistics company in Plantation, FL.

This is a permanent opportunity available through our agency.

Experienced Sales Representative

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth for our freight forwarding division.
• Identify and target potential clients in the shipping and logistics industries.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Provide timely and accurate quotations to clients based on their specific needs.
• stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitors’ activities.
• Having connections or established relationships with Major Shipping lines preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the NVOCC/Freight Forwarding Industry.
• Strong understanding of NVOCC/Freight Forwarding operations, international Shipping and logistics solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
