About the Role:
BrightPath Home Health LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced HHA Agency Manager to lead our home health aide operations in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the home health aide (HHA) agency, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise home health aides and support staff
Manage client intake, care plan coordination, and caregiver-client matching
Monitor caregiver performance, conduct evaluations, and implement corrective action as needed
Maintain accurate agency records, documentation, and compliance reporting
Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and referral sources
Ensure adherence to Ohio Department of Health (ODH) home health agency standards and policies
Requirements:
Prior experience in home health, home care, or a related healthcare management role
Knowledge of HHA regulations, Ohio home health agency licensing, and compliance requirements
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with caregiver scheduling, staffing coordination, and client relations
Proficiency in home health agency software and basic office applications
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality patient care
High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
