Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Monitor and report changes in clients' health and behavior to the healthcare team.

Administer medication and assist with basic healthcare tasks as directed.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Document care provided and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.

Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving skills.

Requirements:

Valid HHA certification and CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and families.

Ability to perform physical tasks and lift clients as needed.

Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Flexible availability to accommodate clients' needs.

Background check clearance as per state regulations.
