Home Health Aide (HHA) – In-Home Care
Location: Northeast Columbus, OH Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour Schedule: Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. Caregiver schedules are arranged according to individual client assignments.
Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care and support for clients in the Northeast Columbus area. This position is ideal for professionals who value flexible scheduling, consistent hours, and meaningful one-on-one care.
You’ll help clients maintain independence, safety, and comfort at home while being part of a supportive and team-focused agency.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide mobility assistance and ensure a safe home environment
Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and basic errands
Observe and report any changes in client condition to the care team
Follow individualized care plans and maintain proper documentation
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in home care, home health, or a related field
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background and drug screening
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
Strong communication and time management skills
