About the Role:

Join Tradition Home Health Care as a HHA-PCA Live In in Brooklyn, NY, where you will provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being.

Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the healthcare team.

Administer medications as prescribed and ensure compliance with care plans.

Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Accompany clients to appointments and assist with transportation needs.

Document care provided and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to optimize care.

Requirements:

Current HHA or PCA certification in New York State.

Experience in home health care or a similar caregiving role required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.

Must pass background checks and drug screening.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Basic CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
