We provide both non-skilled (PCA, HHA, companion, respite) and skilled (RN, LPN, PT, OT, ST) home care services with a focus on compassionate, high-quality client care.

    Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, compassionate Home Health Aide/Caregiver to provide in-home support for clients with mobility limitations. This role requires hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift to safely transfer and reposition clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    Safely operate a Hoyer lift for client transfers (bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bathroom, etc.)

    Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

    Assist with mobility, positioning, and fall prevention

    Provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed

    Monitor and report changes in client condition to care team

    Maintain accurate visit and care documentation

    Requirements

    Required: Prior hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift / mechanical patient lift

    Required: Negative TB test (PPD/TB screening) — required for Medicare compliance

    Required: Ability to pass background check

    Hoyer Lift experience

    HHA/PCA certification (or willingness to obtain)

    CPR/First Aid certification preferred

    Reliable transportation

    Prior home care or facility caregiving experience preferred

    Strong communication and reliability
