    Opportunity: Legal Administrative Assistant HHM Hotels is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join its legal department. This role will serve as an integral member of the team with the primary responsibility of maintaining critical hotel licenses and permits. Additionally, this role will provide administrative support to the team, which support will include invoice management and legal document coordination. In this role, you will have direct access to the General Counsel together with other executive members of the team. Responsibilities: Your Focus • Apply for and renew hotel licenses and permits across HHM Hotels’ portfolio. • Review and coordinate payment of legal invoices. • Coordinate execution of material legal documents. • Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals. • Maintain computer based filing and organization systems for legal records. Qualifications: Your Background and Skills • Minimum of one year of experience in a law firm or corporate environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Excel and Adobe Acrobat. • Associates degree, bachelor’s degree, Paralegal Certification or legal coursework is preferred. • Strong work ethic and ability to self-start. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments while delivering consistent, quality work product to both attorneys and company constituents. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to work with little supervision and to seek help when needed.
