    Opportunity: Vice President of Marketing HHM Hotels is a leading hotel management and investment company with a portfolio of over 240 hotels and resorts spanning North America. Based in our Philadelphia headquarters and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the VP of Marketing will lead a team of talented specialists in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to maximize revenues through direct sales, marketing, e-Commerce channels, public relations, and community partnerships. The VP of Marketing will serve as a key strategic partner to HHM Hotels’ commercial team alongside business leaders in Sales, Revenue Management, Distribution, and E-Commerce. Responsibilities: Your Focuses • Serve as partners to HHM Hotels business leaders and diverse institutional ownership partners on brand positioning, repositioning, and launches. • Drive overall digital marketing strategies of Echelon Luxury & Lifestyle including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social presence (social reputation and social media). • Create distribution strategy and annual plans to maximize online revenue and profitability across independent and branded hotels. • Maintain clear communication with regional operations leaders, vendors, clients, partners (e.g., restaurants and bars), and more. • Analyze and report monthly digital performance metrics and broader hotel performance data to stakeholders. • Support Sales and Revenue Management regarding promotional and tactical marketing, e-Tools, and electronic media. • For all independent hotels, identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of hotel objectives and market characteristics. On branded hotels, guide the marketing plans aligned with the brand voice and guest journey. • Prepare and maintain a current annual marketing plan with measurable and specific initiatives detailed to maintain and grow each business segment. • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with agencies and media representatives and use these relationships to develop new business opportunities. • Act as liaison with public relations vendor to develop press releases, prepare information for media kits, and other public relations issues. • Evaluate advertising and promotion partners and programs for compatibility with public relations efforts. • Direct the hiring, training, or performance evaluations of marketing team in the office and regionally across North America. • Facilitate national, regional and property-specific partnerships and collaborations to enhance hotel and collection positioning. • Perform other duties as requested by management. Qualifications: Your Background • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar field preferred. • 5+ years senior-level experience in marketing in the hospitality industry. • Strong understanding of traditional and online marketing strategies and tools. • Firm grasp of website management required.
