Our client, the leader in the audio marketing space and absolutely great place to work is looking to hire Senior Airtable Specialist.

ABOUT THIS ROLE In this specific role, you will focus on the creation of creator facing Airtable based tools and services. These are the tools and services that provide creators, such as independent authors, publishers, distributors, agents, managers, and narrators, with what they need to grow & monetize their content and audience. In other words, the tools and services that allow creators to achieve the Fame and Fortune they deserve and love working with client's while they do it. You will move fast to refine clear scope and product requirements, question assumptions, identify issues where appropriate, and proactively identify and raise product risks.

You must have a proven track record of designing, building, maintaining, and supporting complex Airtable based solutions and demonstrate a passion for building value for external partners, internal stakeholders, and end-users.

Your success will rely on your knowledge of Airtable and its use within enterprise organizations to serve external and internal users. Your high-impact role requires not only strategic vision and inventing for customers, but also strong execution, technical depth, analytical rigor, and excellent communication.

In this role you will...

Help drive the product strategy and vision for client's creators to serve the needs of our rapidly growing global business.

Work closely with cross-functional teams from product, engineering, data science, design, marketing, content, finance, legal and more.

Help define the technical approach to provide the best scalable Airtable based solutions for creators.

Build and cultivate relationships with creators and stakeholders. Proactively manage expectations.

Create best-in-class Airtable based systems and workflows.

Use data to drive decisions, targeting metrics for success, and measuring results against them.

Inspire & motivate teams around a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

BS in engineering, computer science, or similar discipline.

3+ years of experience designing, building, maintaining, and supporting Airtable based solutions in an Enterprise environment.

Experience with agile and lean product management methodology and best practices.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to gather input & communicate with many internal and external stakeholders.

Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position.
