Job Summary:

High Caliber Direct, Inc. DBA Green Scorpion is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and outgoing Dispatch Representative to join our cannabis delivery service team in Adelanto, CA. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, maintaining excellent customer service, and fostering positive relationships with our valued customers and patients.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately and efficiently pack patient orders

Assign and route orders to delivery drivers promptly to maintain optimal delivery times

Communicate effectively with patients regarding order issues, such as product availability or payment updates

Confirm online orders received through our website and Weedmaps

Verify electronic payments and update order notes before dispatching with drivers

Place and/or edit orders using our Point of Sale (POS) System as required

Monitor and track drivers' ETAs to prevent delivery delays

Optimize delivery routes for drivers

Confirm scheduled orders with patients to ensure readiness for delivery

Coordinate driver breaks to comply with state regulations

Maintain a well-organized and sanitized workspace

Ensure drivers have necessary items before their first run

Assist in inventory management and report discrepancies promptly

Collaborate with inventory management to ensure accurate inventory levels and product organization

Follow compliance and SOP guidelines

Address issues and deviations in a timely manner

Collaborate with the inventory manager and MOD as needed

Model and promote the company's core values consistently

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in the cannabis industry is preferred

Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills

Must be at least 21 years old and pass a criminal record check

Attention to detail and strong time management skills

High level of computer proficiency

Friendly, outgoing, trustworthy, dependable, and positive attitude

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Knowledge of cannabis strains and effects, including cannabis-infused products

Solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
