Key Responsibilities: • Customer Service Excellence: Take ownership of all customer inquiries, concerns, questions, grievances, and issues, ensuring they are handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. • Training and Development: Train, mentor, and develop customer service representatives to enhance their skills in addressing customer needs effectively. • KPI Establishment: Collaborate with the executive team to establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the customer service department and create data assets to monitor and measure team performance. • Data Analysis: Analyze customer service data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience. • Driver and Call Center Team Oversight: Oversee the driver and call center teams to ensure efficient operations, timely deliveries, and seamless customer interactions. • Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to customer service, developing and implementing best practices. • KPI Reporting: Generate regular reports on customer service performance, KPIs, and trends, and present findings to the executive team for strategic decision-making. • Community Engagement: Promote community engagement initiatives and events that align with our brand values and positively impact customer relations. • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and growth of our company. • Night and Weekend Coverage: Provide essential oversight for the call center and drivers during nights and weekends to ensure seamless coverage and timely issue resolution. Qualifications: • Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a fast-paced or regulated industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven management. • Proficiency in regulatory compliance and the ability to stay updated on industry changes. • • Ability to establish and track KPIs for the customer service department. • Knowledge or interest in the cannabis industry and products. • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic operational environment. • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
