Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Armed Security Officer to join our team for our Events division. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and secure environment. You will protect our premises, assets, and employees and prevent any illegal or inappropriate occurrences. The ideal candidate has experience with public safety and security and operates with a high degree of integrity at all times. The Armed Guard will carry himself as a professional and Follow all security protocols and Company Policy.

Customer service is a Priority.

Responsibilities

Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility

Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility

Remove trespassers when necessary

Provide saftey and Assurance to employees

Provide the Above and beyond Customer Service

Respond to reports of suspicious activity

Report on daily activities and any security incidents

Stand Post and be a Visual Detterence

use De Escalation methods when in need

Be proactive in clients needs

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Armed Security Officer in dealing with the public (5 + years Preferred)

Valid registration as a security officer

Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures ( Is a Must)

Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability

High level of integrity and professionalism

Attention to detail and strong observational skills

Able to follow directions

Time Management

Uniform is kept clean for professional Presentation

No Visible Tattoos

Hygiene must be kept above average

Facial hair must be kept presentable and groomed

Security Personnel must have all Level 3 security equipment ( Pepper spray , Baton , Flashlight, Cpr AED ETC....

Security uniform will be Class A
