Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Security Agent to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and secure environment. You will protect our premises, assets, and employees and prevent any illegal or inappropriate occurrences. The ideal candidate has experience with public safety and security and operates with a high degree of integrity at all times. The assigned Agent will greet and Enforce Policy and rules of the establishment. ( PLEASE SEE RESPONSIBILITIES BELOW)

PROJECTED SCHEDULE 4PM-11PM Tuesday-Thursday 7.0 hrs 3PM-1:30/2AM Friday 10.0 hrs 12PM-1:30/2AM Saturday 13.0 hrs 12PM-11PM Sunday 11.0

Shifts going over 8 hrs will be split to avoid O.T

Rate: $21 /hr Pay Period: Weekly

Responsibilities

Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility

Remove trespassers when necessary

Respond to reports of suspicious activity

Report on daily activities and any security incidents

Be able to clock in and out using Application

Incident report documentation

No toddlers allowed inside only Babies in strollers and baby carrier

No Smoking Cigarettes or Cigars

Be on time

Have professional appearance

have all security gear lined up

Have extensive Experience in the field

excellent hygien/grooming

No phones allowed in use during shift

Be super Effective in communicating with Management about any suspicious activity or red flags that need to be addressed

Escort any nuisance or reported unwanted guest off Premsises

Check Identifications using Smart machine reader 21+ only

No Drinks are allowed to leave location guest are asked to leave inside

No open beverages allowed outside in only water

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a similar position is preferred

Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures

Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability

High level of integrity and professionalism

Attention to detail and strong observational skills

Ability to work without direct supervision

Able to be assertive and the same time have customer services

Able to De Escalate any sittuation arrising

Full duty Belt Is required
