Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Armed Protection Agent to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and secure environment. You will protect and Prevent Any illegal Activities ,The ideal candidate has experience with public safety and security and operates with a high degree of integrity as well on having the experience working in the medical Marijuana field.

Responsibilities

Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility

Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility

Remove trespassers when necessary

Provide saftey and Assurance to employees

Respond to reports of suspicious activity

Report on daily activities and any security incidents

Stand Post and be a Visual Detterence

use De Escalation methods when in need

Use metal detector for all guest for weapons

check in guest using labtop

check ids

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Armed Security Officer in dealing with the public (5 + years Preferred)

Valid registration as a security officer

Bsis Open Carry permit

Experience working in the marijuana industry

Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures ( Is a Must)

Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability

High level of integrity and professionalism

Attention to detail and strong observational skills

Ability to work without direct supervision

Able to follow directions

Time Management
