All days Available 9am to 7pm 10.0 hrs Rate: $23 weekly pay

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Armed Protection Agent to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and secure environment. You will protect our premises, assets, and employees and prevent any illegal or inappropriate occurrences. The ideal candidate has experience with public safety and security and operates with a high degree of integrity at all times.

Responsibilities

Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility

Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility

Remove trespassers when necessary

Provide saftey and Assurance to employees

Respond to reports of suspicious activity

Report on daily activities and any security incidents

Stand Post and be a Visual Detterence

use De Escalation methods when in need

Check Ids and Screen Guest as they come in for weapons

Remote control Access control

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Armed Security Officer in the Cannabis Industry is (5 + years Preferred)

Valid registration as a security officer

Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures ( Is a Must)

Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability

High level of integrity and professionalism

Attention to detail and strong observational skills

Ability to work without direct supervision

Able to follow directions

Time Management
