  • Responsibilities

    Qualifications:

    Completion of a full-time training course of at least 24 months in duration (or the equivalent) in a post-high school diagnostic radiologic technology program, evidenced by a certificate or an associate degree, accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) or from other accrediting agencies as recognized by the Department of Education (DOE)

    Certification:

    Contractor's DRTs shall be CT (CT Technologists) certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and be currently certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).

    All continuing education courses required for maintaining certification must be kept up to date at all times.

    Documentation verifying current certification shall be provided by the Contractor and be subject to review by the client.

    Technical Proficiency:

    Contractor's DRTs shall be technically proficient in the skills necessary to fulfill the government's requirements, including the ability to speak, understand, read and write English fluently. Contractor shall provide documents upon request of the CO/COR to verify current and ongoing competency, skills, certification and/or licensure related to the provision of care, treatment and/or services performed.

    Schedule:

    CT Technologists: 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday

    CT Technologists will work eight-hour shifts with possible start times ranging between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m

    Off Hours Schedule:

    Off-hours Coverage : CT Technologists must be available on-call during all hours when the CT clinic is closed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    On-call CT Technologist(s) must be available at all times by telephone.

    On-call CT Technologists must be available by phone within 15 minutes from initial contact attempt and on-site within 60 minutes from completed notification.

    Period of Performance:

    Duration: 6 months with the possibility of an up to six-month extension of services.
