    Compensation & Benefits offered:

    • Base salary $35,000- $40,000 and high commission potential
    • Health insurance, life insurance, 401K with company match
    • 10 Days PTO the first year of service and unlimited PTO after with approval from the leadership team
    • This position reports to the Pensacola office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday with Wednesdays being an optional remote day

    ROLE

    • ​​This is an entry-to-mid-level role
    • Must be a highly motivated, self-driven, and high-energy individual with a passion for sales
    • A high volume of outbound calls to prequalify potential clients for the Practice Advisors
    • Booking qualified leads on the Practice Advisors calendar

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Aggressive follow-up on new leads through calls, texts, emails, and social media messenger
    • Nurturing warm leads (currently 1200 in the pipeline)
    • Organize and track social media leads
    • Ability to manage and prioritize follow-up with all leads
    • Maintain a detailed and organized CRM with detailed notes on leads
    • Must have knowledge of the Orthodontic and Dental field or be willing to learn
    • Must have a confident and commanding presence explaining HIP's services and the impact that will have on the practices
    • Ability to speak to highly educated physicians and lead the conversations from a place of influence and be a great conversationalist
    • Daily participation in the sales meeting
    • Online Tools - Using a range of online tools such as ClickUp, Go High Level (CRM), Slack, Zoom, Gmail, G Suite, and PandaDoc
    • Administrative tasks to support the sales team

    RESULTS EXPECTED

    • 50+ Outbound calls per day
    • Qualified practices are booked on Practice Advisors' calendars daily
    • New leads are followed up on within 5 minutes
    • Ability to take calls outside of normal business hours and on weekends
    • Excellent communication both verbal and written daily with the sales department

    SUMMARY

    We are looking for an entry to mid-level Appointment Setter with a passion and a can-do attitude in everything they do. The ideal candidate would be results-driven and completely capable of managing a high volume of leads and prioritizing these leads for multiple Practice Advisors at one time. They are ideally experienced in building relationships and qualifying leads. They must be able to keep up with a fast-paced and high-performance team and have a strong desire to exceed goals and be passionate about HIP, our team, our partners, and our vision. They must possess a positive and results-driven mindset.
