Lead-based Sales:

• Assess client needs and build strong relationships
• Direct face-to-face market penetration
• Represent our client professionally
• Remain knowledgeable of products and services

Team Management:

• Training and coaching of team members
• Setting specific goals and targets
• Oversee progress and give direction

Professional Development:

• Help expand business through client reporting and market strategy
• Responsible for building essential leadership skills
• Continue education efforts within our program
