    Our client is a leading utility contractor providing services in California to utilities. With a proud history of entrepreneurialism, excellence, and safety, the company has rapidly grown delivering high-quality projects. As the company continues to strengthen operations, we are seeking a highly experienced leader to join the team.

    Role Overview: This person will assume a critical succession role, guiding the company through a pivotal period of development. The ideal candidate is a proven, hands-on leader with a track record of building business infrastructure, establishing leadership and culture, mentoring others, and setting company direction. As a key figure in the organization, they will be instrumental in strengthening business processes and providing organizational leadership. A requirement for this role is being fluent in both Spanish and English. Prior experience at the executive level in a growing organization or division leader within a larger organization is highly desirable. Candidates should be within a commutable distance to Corona/Riverside, CA.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, mission, and values.
    2. Develop and implement strategies to strengthen business processes, leadership, and corporate structure, positioning the company for long-term success in California's utility contracting industry.
    3. Foster a positive company culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement, while emphasizing safety and compliance.
    4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    5. Mentor and develop the management team, fostering an environment of continuous learning, professional growth, and collaboration.
    6. Oversee financial performance, ensuring the company's long-term financial health and profitability.
    7. Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and forums strengthening the company's position as a regional leader in the sector.
    8. Ensure compliance with all relevant state laws, regulations, and industry standards, proactively addressing any compliance-related issues.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field.
    2. A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience; in utility contracting, construction, or related industries.
    3. Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
    4. Demonstrated ability to drive organizational growth, develop strategic plans, and execute on those plans, with a focus on building business infrastructure.
    5. Proven experience in fostering a positive company culture and mentoring high-performing teams.
    6. Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and drive profitability.
    7. A solid understanding of California's industry laws, regulations, and best practices, with a commitment to safety and compliance.
    8. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
