Our client is optimizing the customer experience in store and online with their data-driven SaaS platform.     

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide active involvement in daily meetings
• Provide timely completion of tasks and projects
• Contribute to discovery of new software, languages and technology
• Contribute to design decisions
• Cross-collaborate to fill business requirements
• Independently provide solutions to further business development
• Research and provide recommendations on software and development methodologies
• Ensure the quality of delivery
• Mentor software engineers on the team
• Provide concise documentation

What You Will Need

• Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience as software engineer or software programming
• Experience coding with a variety of languages
• Knowledge of Node.js
• Knowledge of GO
• Experience with relational databases
• Proficient with internet based systems and products
• Understanding of non-relational data stores
• Ability to utilize other people's code - refactoring when necessary
• Ability to learn new software, technology and programming languages
• In depth knowledge of software development life cycles
