Job Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. You will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Make a meaningful difference each day.

Duties:

· Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing and toileting

· Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary.

· Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.

· Assist with mobility and lifting for individuals who require help.

Skills:

· Experience in home care 1-3 years required

· must be able to physically assist clients with mobility including transferring from bed to chair which may require lifting up to 50 pounds.

· Strong interpersonal skills for working with people in need of care.

· Knowledge of caregiving systems and best practices.

· Ability to provide compassionate and attentive care to individuals.

· MUST Demonstrate Compassion and Dependability .

*Candidates must have their own vehicle and be able to arrive at client locations in the Akron, stow, or Hudson area as scheduled.
