About the Role:

World Of Love Home Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team serving the Coweta County area. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives through personalized, one-on-one home care — all while earning a competitive $50/hr. Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home care setting within the Coweta County area

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and other clinical interventions as ordered

Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition

Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members

Educate patients and family members on health management and care procedures

Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and agency home health regulations

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia

Previous home health, hospice, or community nursing experience preferred

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the Coweta County area

Excellent communication and patient education skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

CPR/BLS certification required
