    Job Description

    Well established children’s fashion company seeking a Sales / Executive Assistant with Walmart experience to work closely with and support the account executive.

    Our ideal candidate must be a reliable, self-motivated, high energy individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to function effectively as part of a growing team. Must have solid organizational & prioritization skills. Candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities include-

    • Participating in the entire order process; including initial designs, commitments, overseas booking requests, order processing, monitoring production, order shipping and delivery cycle.
    • Interacting with buyers.
    • Consistent follow-up.
    • Working & coordinating with the production and product development teams.
    • Keeping detailed accounts & status reports.
    • Identifying where there are issues with meeting customer deliveries, needing extensions, etc.
    • Assist with meeting preparation, participating in meetings, and note-taking.
    • Partner with sales executive on all aspects of order analysis.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • At least 3 years of working with Walmart.
    • Extremely detail oriented.
    • A fast learner.
    • Excellent follow-up.
    • Extremely proficient with excel.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Good math skills.
    • Must be able to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

    Helpful if you have-

    • Experience with children’s apparel.
    • Understanding of the AMT ERP/Supply Chain system.
    • Prior experience with Retail Link.
