Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and empathetic Counselor/Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health therapy and counseling services to a diverse range of clients. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

Maintain confidential records and case notes.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Participate in continuous professional development and supervision.

Requirements:

A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Current licensure as a mental health therapist/counselor in Maryland.

Experience in counseling or mental health therapy.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment to ethical practice and continuing education.

Ability to work with a diverse client population.
