Our client is seeking a Non-Profit Event Coordinator in the Central New Jersey area to work events and manage accounts for an organization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be a representative of the Non Profit brand
- Manage all aspects of internal and external fundraising initiatives
- Assist with planning and execution of events based fundraising initiatives in the Houston area
- Help increase communications with donors
- Contribute creative ideas for new fundraising opportunities
- Excellent problem-solving skills & drive to work quickly and efficiently
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment, works with urgency
- Experience using MS Word, Excel, Constant Contact, and Zoom or savviness to learn programs
- Ability to engage with a variety of different people with maturity and professionalism
- Ability to follow directions, self-starter, and solution-focused mindset
- Demonstrated dependability and trustworthiness
- Assist with event planning and implementation
- Answering phones and fielding questions
QUALIFICATIONS
- High attention to detail with excellent communication skills including writing, proofreading
- Ability to manage multiple projects/assignments from a variety of staff/volunteers
- Must be proficient in the latest versions of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and mail merges, email, etc.
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Events management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

- Monday to Friday
- 10am-4pm
