    Our client is looking for an ambitious professional with a proven track record in the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Industry. The RSM will focus on new business generation. Activities include frequent customer visits and working close with the president of the company to strategize and plan for significant growth. The defined region is South- Mid West Territories including California and Colorado, and the location is preferably the Orange County, California area or, another large city in California.     REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Work with the president to set and attain goals for specific accounts and new business.
    • Target, prospect, communicate and visit accounts on a regular basis. Travel requirement is ~50% dependent on the pandemic situation
    • Develop new customers and partners, such as related distributors & suppliers, large pharmacies, local and national general hospitals, city governments and more.
    • Gain strong knowledge of customers’ needs and applications to recognize business opportunities and work as a problem solver.
    • Work close with Global, which is a parent company in South Korea to enable success for new and ongoing opportunities.
    • Support and or organize industry conferences and exhibitions as directed by the president.

       

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • BS/BA Degree in the related field, MBA preferred.
      • Minimum 5-years’ experience in pharmaceuticals and medical devices field sales.
      • Proven track record for year over year sales growth.
      • Creative sales and business development strategies.
      • Strong computer skills required. Basic requirements are Microsoft office.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
      • The ability to multi-task and to be efficient to enable high productivity.
      • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
