Hire Logic seeks a Customer Support Specialist with a globally recognized medical devices manufacturer in the Santa Clarita Valley. As a Customer Support Specialist, your expertise will support product and recipient related responsibilities including addressing recipient accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for a specialist with exceptional customer service experience.
THIS OPPORTUNITY REQUIRES AN IMMEDIATE* START AND WILL BE CONSIDERED A LONG-TERM TEMPORARY OPPORTUNITY
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- New patient registration, new product or replacement product
- Research and verify correct shipment of product
- Verify patient ID, and patient service agreements
- Process contracts in database
- Coordinate with Sales department and legal department on approval process
- Complete RMA Task Board assignments
- Adhere to all compliance policies
- Follow-up on RMA’s, all back-up products
- Assist in all re-call activities when applicable
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer Service/Clerical Office in high volume, manufacturing environments
- Knowledge and skills related to biology, medical terminology, medical products or manufacturing a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented, organized, and consistent
