    Job Description

    Hire Logic seeks a Customer Support Specialist with a globally recognized medical devices manufacturer in the Santa Clarita Valley.  As a Customer Support Specialist, your expertise will support product and recipient related responsibilities including addressing recipient accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for a specialist with exceptional customer service experience. 

    THIS OPPORTUNITY REQUIRES AN IMMEDIATE* START AND WILL BE CONSIDERED A LONG-TERM TEMPORARY OPPORTUNITY

     

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • New patient registration, new product or replacement product
    • Research and verify correct shipment of product
    • Verify patient ID, and patient service agreements
    • Process contracts in database
    • Coordinate with Sales department and legal department on approval process
    • Complete RMA Task Board assignments
    • Adhere to all compliance policies
    • Follow-up on RMA’s, all back-up products
    • Assist in all re-call activities when applicable

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Customer Service/Clerical Office in high volume, manufacturing environments
    • Knowledge and skills related to biology, medical terminology, medical products or manufacturing a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Detail oriented, organized, and consistent
